All embroidery services include the required materials to stitch the design onto your garment. 
Pricing covers up to 10,000 stitches. For designs exceeding that, an additional $1.00 per 1,000 stitches will be added.
A one-time $25 setup fee applies per new design.

  • This fee covers the creation and testing of a custom stitch file for each name. It applies to simple, text-only embroidery where no logos or graphic elements are used.

  • Notes:

    Customized embroidery includes logos, hand-drawn artwork, or other designs that go beyond text. Most designs are between 5,000 and 12,000 stitches. A $25 setup fee applies once per new design, and you won't be charged again for exact reorders. We will provide an estimate for your approval.  Once approved, we will begin processing your order.

    📋 How to Plan Your Embroidery Order: 4 Simple Steps

    Placing your embroidery order is a straightforward process. Follow the four simple steps below to ensure your custom design meets your expectations.

    📋 How to Place Your Order

    Step 1:  Add Items to Cart

    • Select your desired item or garment and add it to your cart.
    • Choose the embroidery option that fits your needs: 1 Line, 2 Lines, 3 Lines, Logo, Monogram, or Initials.
    • Proceed to checkout to begin your order.

    Note:
    - All online orders are treated as pre-estimates.
    - Cash or check payment is available for local pickup orders only.

    Step 2:  Approve Your Estimate

    • I will review your design and calculate the stitch count. Then, you'll receive a final estimate via email or text. This estimate includes:
      • Stitch-based pricing
      • A one-time $25 setup fee (per new design)
    • If approved, your order moves into production.
    • If declined, any payment made at checkout will be refunded in full.

    Embroidery pricing includes up to 10,000 stitches. Designs over that amount are charged $1.00 per additional 1,000 stitches.

    Step 3:  Review Sew-Out for Final Approval

    • After estimate approval, I will run a sample sew-out of your design.
    • A photo (or physical sample, if requested) will be sent for your review.
    • You must approve the final look before embroidery begins.

    This step ensures the design’s color, spacing, and size are exactly as expected — no permanent stitching is done without your approval.

    Step 4:  Final Invoice, Payment & Pickup/Shipping

    • You’ll receive your final invoice via email or text.
    • Any payments made during checkout will be applied to your balance.
    • Remaining balance can be paid using the methods listed in your invoice.

    After payment:
    - We’ll coordinate a pickup time, or
    - Provide tracking info and shipping details

    Cash or check payments are accepted for in-person pickup orders only.

    Final Notes

    • All embroidery orders require pre-approval (estimate and sew-out).
    • Your order is not final until both steps are approved.

    How do I place an order?

    Simply add your item and embroidery option to your cart and proceed to checkout. I’ll review your request, calculate the stitch count, and send you an estimate for approval before production begins.

    Why is there a $25 setup fee?

    The setup fee covers the time to prepare your design for embroidery, including creating a stitch file and test sew-out. This is a one-time fee per new design and is waived for exact reorders.

    What if each item has a different name or number?

    Each unique design combination requires its own stitch file. For these personalized items, a reduced personalization setup fee may apply per piece instead of a full design setup fee.

    How many stitches are included in the price?

    All embroidery pricing includes up to 10,000 stitches. If your design goes over, a fee of $1.00 per additional 1,000 stitches will be added.

    Can I see what the design will look like before you embroider my item?

    Yes! I always send a sew-out sample for final approval before embroidering your actual item. This ensures your design looks exactly how you expect.

    Do you offer bulk discounts?

    Yes! Discounts start at orders of 6 or more identical items and increase with larger quantities. See the “Bulk Discounts” section for full details.

    How long will my order take?

    Turnaround time varies based on the complexity and size of your order. Standard production typically takes 7–10 business days after estimate approval. Rush options are available.

    What if I need my order fast?

    Rush turnaround (under 3–5 business days) is available for an additional 25%. Be sure to mention your timeline when placing your order.

    Do you ship orders?

    Yes! I offer free shipping on all orders. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay via the invoice link sent by email or text. I also accept cash or check for local pickup orders.
