Once Your Order is Ready for Pick-Up or Shipping
We Will Follow These Steps
  1.  Add the desired item or garment to your cart.
  2. Include embroidery options of 1-Line, 2-Lines, 3-Lines, Logo, Monogram, Initials.
  3. Proceed to checkout.
  1. I'll determine the stitches needed for your design.
  2. You'll receive a final estimate via email or text message which will include the $25 setup charge.
  3. You'll review and either approve or deny the estimate.
  4. If you approve, your order will be processed.
  1. I'll send the final invoice via email or text message.
    • Payments made will be deducted from the final cost.
  2. You’ll make your payment using the options listed on the invoice.
  3. We'll schedule a convenient time for you to pick up your order.
  • All “Embroidering Service” prices include up to 10,000 stitches. For each item above 10,000 stitches, an additional charge of $1.00 per 1,000 stitches will be added.
  • Any payments made during checkout will be deducted from the final cost. If you deny the final estimate, any payments made during checkout will be refunded.
  • Please note that if your order is being shipped, I'll provide you with the shipping timeline.
  • Please note that we do have a cash or check payment option only for orders that are picked up.
  
  • Please note that after you place your order, it will be considered a pre-estimate as I need to determine the number of stitches required for your design.
