Items with this design sewn onto the product may be sold commercially with limitation. You must have written consent to mass-market items using GMSenterprise/GMS’s Embroidery Enterprise/GMS Embroidery Designs Ent. design(s). GMSenterprise/GMS’s Embroidery Enterprise/GMS Embroidery Designs Ent. will not be held liable for any monetary losses or consequential damages as a result of using GMSenterprise/GMS’s Embroidery Enterprise/GMS Embroidery Designs Ent. design(s).

IMAGE & PICTURE USE (EMBROIDERED DESIGNS)
You may use my images on your website, blog, or storefront with the following requirements:

You cannot (re)sell my designs.

You cannot sell an embroidery design that is derived from a variant of my work without prior consent.

You must not link, serve or call the image from our server. Commonly referred to hot linking or leeching. This consumes my bandwidth. Once this is detected, I will pursue action against the offending party.

Please do not alter my artwork, for example: by creating alphabets, or create additional art with parts and pieces of my art. It must remain original.

You are and remain in compliance with all other Terms and Conditions set forth by GMSenterprise/GMS’s Embroidery Enterprise/GMS Embroidery Designs Ent.

You must link back to www.gmsembroiderydesigns.com on all products that we provide consent for you to use.

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of goods to initiate are return. Contact after 48 hours for a product replacement will not be honored. Receipt of goods is defined from the time and date of delivery by mail services as verified by delivery confirmation.
Customer must return original item. Return shipping from the customer must include delivery confirmation.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. GMSenterprise/GMS’s Embroidery Enterprise/GMS Embroidery Designs Ent. will pay for reshipping of replacement from my facility to customer location at the lowest available cost that provides delivery confirmation. No express, priority or expedited shipping unless customers agree to pay shipping charges up front.

Delivery confirmation on return shipping must be purchased by the customer and provided to GMSenterprise/GMS’s Embroidery Enterprise/GMS Embroidery Designs Ent. Return shipping from the customer must include delivery confirmation.

Failure to purchase and provide delivery confirmation may result in forfeiture of the right to receive replacement or refund if the item(s) are lost in transit back to our facility.
Upon receipt of returned good(s), I will inspect, investigate item damage and begin replacement.

If my investigation finds that the damage was incurred by misuse, normal use or any other defect not originating from craftsmanship, return claim may be denied.
Items involving any customized embroidery do not qualify for refunds.
Items will be replaced per original specifications of the original order. No modifications or adjustments allowed.

Replacement item(s) will be made with the original or similar material in quality, colors, threads, and craftsmanship as the item(s) initially purchased.
